Electronic Dance Music or EDM, is an abbriviation used for electronic dance music which is usually performed by DJ's at various nightclubs and festivals around the world. The term EDM or Electronic Dance Music dates all the way back to as early as 1940's, however the term EDM is widely used in today’s party goers. Electronic Dance Music on the other hand, has been enjoyed by party goers all throughout the last few decades and ever since the late 1980′ish EDM has been enjoyed by millions at nightclubs, bars, lounges, private parties, concerts, conventions, and at multi-day international festivals. EDM has also been known as club music, dance, or dance music.
